The lease terms include:
€ 50 final cleaning
€ 30 cleaning charge for pets
€ 150 security deposit payable on arrival and returned upon departure
The deposit at booking confirmation is equal to 30% of the total cost of the apartment.
The remaining 70% must be paid 1 month before arrival.
